SHIPPING & RETURNS

Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it? 
No problem, we're here to help. 
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. 


Please make sure that you send us an email why you want to return, we will contact you a.s.p

 

Items to return must be in perfect condition, with tags still attached.

Requirements: 

​

the item is packed in original packaging with attached card 

- the item is unworn and unwashed

- you have not attempted to repair a defect yourself 

- the packing slip is attached

- the return shipment is sufficiently stamped.

 

If the items do not meet the above conditions, we cannot process the return. The items will then be returned at the sender's expense.


 

Items to return must be in perfect condition, with tags still attached and accompanied by a completed return form. 
 

We do not pay for additional customer tax.

 

Please follow the below instructions to return your item:

1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, 
or use an alternative solid packaging method.

2. Close securely

3. Take the package to your nearest post office within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. It is your own responsibility to ship the items with track & trace.

4. When the return has arrived back at our warehouse & is approved, then your refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days from the reception of the returned item. We shall refund the original price that you have paid for the purchased your item. In case of sale items, we are able to refund the sale price of the items. 

*We cannot accept returns from earrings because of hygienic reasons.
