Ukiyo meets Denim
For our next collection we jumped into the world of blue.

We have blended our affection towards denim and Japanese shapes in some great ukiyo garments. The pristine of denim and our affection for this sturdy, authentic fabric made our choice to work with denim for our next collection a very easy one.
The deep, profound blue tones of denim brought a smile to our faces once we started working with it. Immerse yourself in the Japanes shapes and atmosphere. We approach each garment as if it were a detailed beautiful painting. The design, the details and the finishing touch are all expressions of its maker. Thus a story and a feeling come into being for each garment we produce. You may well imagine the amount of time, effort and quality that we put in the production of a single garment.
We produced our denim collection with leftover fabrics that we found somewhere hidden in the back of a denim-studio. We gave it a new life, with garment made of pure quality, 13oz japanes denim, made on traditional machinery.
For our sophisticated little ones we’ve designed a suit made of 100% natural cotton; clean, fresh, natural and lovely creamy-tones. We will give you a update soon about our chapter 2 denim collection.
We’ve updated our popular Haori jackets. Together with our new balloon-shaped pants it forms a Japanese inspired suit. Combine these with our ecological and sustainable tee’s and our upcycled vintage shawls and your kids’ outfit is complete.
All of our handcrafted goods are unique and one-of-a-kind.
So, this way our children can live in the moment, no worries on their minds. Exactly what Ukiyo stands for. Together we can build towards a brighter future where we take care of our planet.
